A Crisis HUB stand-by agreement offers you the assurance that the support you need in an actual crisis situation is readily available. 

A central point of contact arranges the necessary strategic and operational expertise in crisis management, crisis communication, cybersecurity, customer service support, etc.  We ensure that our experts get off to a good start straight away. They are familiar with your organisation, the relevant processes and crisis documentation so that briefing and onboarding in an actual crisis situation does not cause any extra burden or delay. Media monitoring & social listening tools are set up at the start of the agreement so support can start immediately!

We stay in close contact with you during the term of the Crisis HUB standby agreement so that our team is always up to date with the latest developments and possible issues.
